  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my license?
    Good question. Once you've purchased a license, you cannot change or upgrade your digital product purchase. “I downloaded the wrong size. Can you take this one back and give me the right size? I’ll pay the difference.” Unlike physical goods—where you can return it to the store and swap it for another one, GahnStudios.com is legally bound to pay our team as soon as it’s paid for. It’s kinda like the App/Play Store, after you’ve paid for the premium app, song or movie — they don’t let you ‘return’ it (regardless of whether you’ve used it or not).     We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North Korea Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
